Working With Us

Therapy+Coaching.

Our unique approach combines the most effective elements of therapy and coaching. Therapy will give you a deeper understanding of your experiences and increase your awareness about what you want to achieve,  while coaching will provide you with the confidence and skills to move forward and make the changes you need.

In the initial consultation, you can expect:

  • To discuss your life experiences in depth

  • To explore the behaviours and critical issues effecting your family now

  • To formulate what changes you want to achieve for your family

  • We then create a 6-12 session package to address your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our Therapy + Coaching model blends evidence-based therapy with practical coaching. It helps parents and families understand patterns behind behaviour, strengthen communication, and develop strategies that work in everyday life. You’ll gain both emotional insight and practical tools to create lasting change.

  • Traditional therapy focuses on past experiences and emotional healing, while coaching focuses on present goals and future actions. Our integrated approach combines both — helping you process challenges and take clear, confident steps forward as a parent, partner, or family.

  • We work with parents, carers, and families across London and the UK. Whether you’re managing stress, anxiety, conflict, or difficult communication at home, our approach helps you feel calmer, more connected, and more confident in your relationships.

  • Yes. Many of our clients — children, adults and parents alike — live with ADHD or are supporting children who do.
Our Coaching + Therapy approach provides practical tools to manage focus, overwhelm, and emotional regulation, alongside therapeutic support to understand how ADHD affects family life and relationships.
We also offer ADHD-informed parent coaching to help you create calm, consistent routines and reduce stress at home. Sessions can be in-person in London or online across the UK.

  • Each session is tailored to you. Together we’ll explore what’s happening, identify triggers or patterns, and build practical strategies you can use straight away. Sessions combine reflection, conversation, and coaching tools designed to create real progress between meetings.

  • Every family is different. Some people find clarity in just a few sessions; others prefer ongoing support. We’ll review progress together and agree what feels most helpful for you.

  • Yes. We offer both in-person sessions in London and secure online sessions for clients across the UK. Many parents find online sessions flexible and equally effective, fitting easily around work and family life.

  • Yes. All conversations are strictly confidential and follow professional ethical guidelines. The only exceptions are situations where safety or legal requirements apply — these will always be discussed openly with you.

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less notice may be charged in full, as your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

  • You can book your initial consultation through our contact section. The first meeting is an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions, and see whether our Coaching + Therapy approach feels right for you.

  • In-person sessions in London
We’re based in London, with sessions available in a quiet, comfortable setting easily reached by public transport. Exact details are shared when you book.

    Online sessions across the UK
If you’re outside London or prefer the flexibility of working from home, we also offer secure online therapy and coaching via video. You’ll receive the same personalised, confidential support — wherever you are.
